Mid-summer Mischief: Salt, Sun, & Stars

Summer is a time when the rules soften and the days feel just a little more playful. This weekend is a celebration of the wild and the whimsical. A time to lean into the joy of long afternoons and warm, starlit nights. Embrace your most enchanting self, and get into a little sun-kissed trouble with an intimate group. The weekend table is fully set with 4 dinners, 3 lunches, and 3 breakfasts provided along with daily snacks and refreshments for your stay. Day 1

  • The Welcome: Your journey begins the moment you land. Private transport whisks you from the airport to our hotel.

  • The Offering: Upon arrival, you will be greeted by a personally curated gift basket waiting in your room. Each basket is a filled with artisanal treasures, apothecary delights, and mystical tools sourced and crafted exclusively by Salem’s own local vendors.

  • The Feast: An intimate private dinner at the legendary Turner’s Seafood, where the catch is fresh and the atmosphere is steeped in local history.

​​

  • The Gathering: As the new moon climbs high over Salem, we meet on the roof deck for "Midnight Margaritas" (available both spirited and virgin). Under the expansive Salem sky, we toast to new beginnings and the weekend ahead.

Day 2

  • The Morning: Enjoy a provided breakfast and take your time getting ready—there is no rush in the Ostara spirit.

  • The Tour: Board our private chauffeured transport for an exclusive tour of Salem. We’ll weave through the city's hidden corners, blending deep Witch Trials education with the vibrant energy of the modern day.

  • The Flavors: A classic Salem lunch from Red’s Sandwich Shop, followed by a leisurely afternoon of downtown shopping.

​​

  • The Glow: Discover your inner light with professional Aura Photos at HausWitch, capturing the colors of your energy during the equinox.

​​

  • The Evening: Dinner at Sea Level overlooking the water. Afterward, the night is yours—nestle into your cozy room or step out to see how Salem’s spirited nightlife sparkles on a Friday.

Day 3

  • The Release: After breakfast (provided), begin with morning intentions and a release exercise to shed the winter’s energic weight.

​​

  • The Heritage: Wander through Salem’s rich maritime history and visit Ye Olde Pepper Companie, the oldest candy company in America, for a taste of the past.

​​

  • The Nourishment: A whimsical lunch provided at Maitland’s, followed by an open afternoon for personal reflection or coastal wandering.

​​

  • The Reveal: Before dinner, we gather for private Tarot Readings, seeking guidance from the cards as the seasons shift.

​​

  • The Feast: A sophisticated dinner at Bernadette, celebrating French-inspired flavors and communal connection.

​

Day 4 & 5

  • The Craft: After breakfast and a slow morning, we engage in the ancient art of Broom Making. Craft your own ceremonial besom to sweep away the old and welcome the new.

​​

  • The Freedom: Enjoy your final afternoon with free-time to visit an alluring shop or sit by the harbor or stroll around Salem.

​​

  • The Grand Finale: Our closing dinner takes place at Ledger, located in a stunning historic bank building. We’ll share a final, decadent meal to honor the bonds formed and the intentions set.
     

  • The Farewell: Enjoy a final breakfast and a slow goodbye.

​​

  • The Departure: Check-out is at 11:00 AM on the 23rd. Private transport will ensure a seamless transition back to the airport, carrying your new broom, your new insights, and the magic of Ostara with you.

King with Twin Trundle $4,444

With a plush king bed as well as a pull-out twin trundle bed, these rooms also feature a lounge chair and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate water closet. Also includes a 43" LED TV, writing desk, mini-fridge, individually controlled AC and heat, and free wireless internet access. Priced per room with a maximum occupancy of two guests.

Double Queen $4,000

Great for family and friends traveling together, these cozy modern rooms offer two plush queen beds, a lounge chair and side table, a writing desk, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. Also includes a 43" LED TV, writing desk, mini-fridge, individually controlled AC and heat, and free wireless internet access. Priced per room with a maximum occupancy of two guests.

Lark Suite $5,555

A signature lofted suite that features custom decor not found anywhere else at The Hotel Salem. This suite comfortably sleeps four total guests in two separate sleeping areas.  A sitting area, writing desk, large closet, and private bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate water closet are located on the 1st level, and the plush king bed sleeping area is in the loft. Spacious and luxurious, the suite offers one 43" LED TV, a queen-sized sleeper sofa on the 1st level, mini-fridge, and USB outlets in addition to individually-controlled AC and heat and free wireless internet access. Priced per room with a maximum occupancy of four guests.
